Human Rights

Human Rights are the basic rights and freedoms as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Human rights are indivisible, inalienable, and interdependent and apply to all human beings. They also refer to the basic standards without which people cannot live in dignity. These international norms aim to protect people everywhere from abuse of these rights yet, human rights continued to be violated around the world despite the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).
